Ingredients (4 people)
300 g Feta cheese
300 g Penne pasta
50 g sliced almonds
100 g water crest
100 g arugula
White and green sesame seeds
120 g Parisian mushrooms
* CREATIVE red fruits vinegar condiment
Extra virgin olive oil
Oregano
Fleur de sel
Pepper
Preparation
Slice the mushrooms and marinate them in the red fruits vinegar condiment for two hours. Boil the Penne “al dente” in water with salt and season with oregano and olive oil. Dice the Feta cheese into small cubes and mix it with the sesame seeds. Add the mushrooms, cheese and the sliced almonds to the pasta in a bowl and season with olive oil, fleur de sel and pepper. Save part of the mushrooms for the plating. Wash the water crest and season with fleur de sel and olive oil.
Plating
Place the mushrooms and the almonds over the vegetables, and finish it off with the pasta preparation. Season with the red fruits vinegar condiment.
